Zumba Toning®: Takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level by utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol by adding lightweight toning sticks or dumbells that are 2.5 lbs or less. This program will emphasize muscle work along with rhythms combining cardio and resistive exercises which will improve overall performance.
Zumba® Kids & Zumba® Kinds Jr.: Designed for children ages 4-11. Zumbatomic is a dance fitness class that has incorporated dance and games together while enjoying the fun beats of latin rhythms.
Zumbatomic for Families®: This class is designed for families to join in fitness together. Children of all ages as well as parents, grandparents, caregivers, and even beginners are welcome to join in the fun. This class is designed at a slower pace while still being able to work up a sweat. Parents will have the ability to bring their children of any age while they enjoy dancing to the latin rhythyms.
Z-BOX FITNESS®: Short for Zen Box. The act and technique of cardio boxing, with dance, conditioning exercise with the use of hand weights. ZEN (an acronym for Zone-Earth-Nature) characterized by body toning, stretchnig, movements and positions designed to increase agility, all to the accompanient of great music. Aromatherapy is used for the completion, to enhance psychological and physical well-being. A fusion fitness program for all levels.
HOT HULA FITNESS®: A new and exciting workout inspired by the dances of the South Pacific Islands. Polyneisian dance is an art form that communicates the island culture. HOT HULA fitness(r) incorporates easy to perform movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. Provides a "total body workout" that isolate your larger muscle groups, increasing muscular strength and definition to your core, lower and upper body with specific emphasis on the abs, core, glutes, quads and arms. Class level range from beginner to advanced of all ages and fitness levels.
BALLETFITT®:: A combination of Balletone and FITTBarre to create a varied fintess routine using Balllet moves. Standlng Flow was the original Balletone workout designed to strengthen , stretch, and motivate. It creates a challenging mix of muscle conditioning and stretching exercises. Ballet inspired movements flow together to lengthen, strenghten and energize the entire body. Principles of classical Ballet, Pilates, fleixibility and fitness blend together for this unique workout.
FITTBarre incoporates the use of a Barre or chair as a support in your variety of Ballet moves explored through the class
BUTI Fitness®: BUTI is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Classes consist of deep stretching, BUTI shaking and heart-pounding cardio. BUTI is sure to get your energy high and abs tight!
Sassy Chair Fitness: Think fitness with a little bit of sex appeal and you have Sassy Chair Fitness. Explore your sassy and sexy side through incorporating a variety of fitness and dance moves utilizing the chair as support, an added weight, a prop and many other ways. This is a low impact class that will make you sweat while having fun all the same time. High heels can be worn but are not required. Dress as sassy as you want, yet remain comfortable. Perfect for Gilrs night out!!! For ages 18 and over only.
R&B Line Dance: Come out and learn how to do the latest line dances to some of the funkiest R&B and hip hop tunes. The moves are fun and very easy to follow along. Once you try it you will be hooked!
Yoga: Explore the basic elements of Yoga through joining the mind, body, breath and spirit to create unity with oneself. You will create an environment of tranquility, serenity and a meditative state all while increasing flexibility, joint movement and muscular strength. Yoga will also assist in relieving stress and increasing emotional balance which will help in lessening mood swings, anxiety and having a positive effect on the immune system.
